Dr. Seth J. Hornack D. C.- Seth Hornack has been the President and Owner of Hornack Health Center in Lower Burrell since 2005. Not only scoring in the top 10% of the NBCE National Boards for Chiropractic Licensure, Seth graduated from the Logan College of Chiropractic with a Dean’s of Excellence Award and the most adjustments in outpatient clinic. Seth is as well making his mark as a free safety and Punt Returner for the semi- pro football team the Western Pa Warhawks. Seth also played 2 seasons for the Arena Football League and in 2003 played on the All – Star Team for the National Indoor Football League Pacific Conference. 

His honors and distinctions date back through the years at The University of Pittsburgh and also at Burrell High School both academically and on the football field. In 1999, honored with the ESPN #5 Hit of the Year (Pittsburgh vs. West Virginia), a Pre- Season All Big East Conference safety and the most improved Defensive player at theUniversity. In 1999 & 1998 was an Academic All American and All Conference, while leading the University of Pittsburgh with 98 tackles and was 4th in the Big East conference in interceptions and a starting Safety in 3 out of 4 years.  

In 1996, Seth graduated from Burrell High School 12th in the class and was recognized from the Tribune Review as Western Pa Player of the year. He was chosen to be captain of the (PA vs. OH) All Star Game, voted Allegheny Football Conference Offensive and Defensive Most Valuable Player and was an all time leader in receptions for the season and career.
